Currently, we deliver exclusively within the United States.

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 11:00 PM China Standard Time (Shanghai) are prioritized for processing on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

2. Order Processing

  • Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days, during which we prepare your items for shipping.

3. Shipping Details

     We deliver your goods by commercial courier.

  • After processing, your order will be shipped. Delivery is typically completed within 10-15 business days.
  • An email containing your tracking number will be sent to you, allowing you to monitor the status of your package.

Shipping Fees:

  • Orders under $79: A flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies.
  • Orders of $79 or more: Enjoy free shipping.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • To track your order, click the Track Order link included in the email.
  • Please note that tracking updates may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances such as extreme weather, labor disruptions, or high seasonal demand.

5. Delivery Timeline

  • The delivery timeline combines processing time and shipping time.
  • For instance, if you order a coat, processing will take 1-3 business days, while shipping will take 10-15 business days, resulting in a total delivery time of 11-18 business days.

Shipping Method Selection:
Our system automatically selects the most appropriate shipping method based on various factors such as the platform, product size, and weight.

PO Box Restrictions:
If your shipping address includes a PO Box, our system will verify whether the selected shipping method supports delivery to PO Boxes. If delivery isn’t possible, our customer support team will contact you to provide an alternative address or assist with order cancellation.

No Additional Fees:
We charge only for product costs and shipping fees. Customers are not required to pay import duties, additional taxes, or VAT (Value Added Tax).
